ICC Report: How and why to rethink data flow restrictions

Taking part in discussions on the latest developments in world trade at the World Trade Organization's Public Forum in Geneva this week, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) has signalled increasing business concern regarding countries that impose restrictions on cross-border data flows without considering the impact on their respective economies and small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that make up 95% of enterprises globally.
