The draft and courier receipt did not, but it was shown on the beneficiary certificate to which the courier receipt relates.
With regard to the courier receipt, the analysis refers to a previous ICC Opinion (R696) that indicated that the beneficiary certificate and courier receipt should be considered to form part of the same documentary requirement and either the certificate or courier receipt could indicate the data.
If certain information is to appear on a draft, the credit must so state. The discrepancies were not valid.
